UploadVideo Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of UploadVideo, the Windows desktop application (also distributed as ExplainVideo) operated by ToolBox Hub (mxhvip.click), including its integration with TikTok.

By downloading, installing, or using the app, or by connecting your TikTok account to it, you agree to these Terms and to the UploadVideo Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

UploadVideo helps you create short vertical videos (for example, videos comparing two concepts) on your own computer and publish them to your own TikTok account through TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. The app runs locally; it does not provide hosting, user accounts, or a social network of its own.

UploadVideo is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

2. Eligibility and your TikTok account

• You must be allowed to use TikTok under the TikTok Terms of Service, including its minimum age requirements.
• You may only connect TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for keeping your computer and your TikTok account secure, and for all activity performed with the app on your account.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You keep ownership of the videos, images, scripts and captions you create with the app.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish, and you must have all necessary rights and permissions for any images, audio, voices, music, trademarks, or people that appear in it.
• Your content must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Community Guidelines, and applicable law, including TikTok's rules on labeling AI-generated content.
• You must not use the app to post spam, to publish misleading, infringing, hateful, or illegal content, to impersonate others, or to post to accounts without permission.

5. AI-generated scripts and voices

The app can generate scripts with Google Gemini and synthetic voices with ElevenLabs. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review every script, caption, and video before publishing; you are responsible for what you post.

6. Third-party services

The app relies on services provided by third parties, including TikTok, Google Gemini, and ElevenLabs. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions.

7. License to use the app

• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app, attempt to bypass its licensing, or use it to interfere with TikTok's systems, rate limits, or security measures.

8. Disconnecting and termination

• You can stop using the app at any time. Disconnect TikTok in Settings (Cài đặt) → Publishing (Đăng bài) and revoke UploadVideo's access in your TikTok settings.
• We may suspend or discontinue the app or its TikTok integration at any time, including if these Terms are violated or TikTok's policies change.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolBox Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, lost revenue, account restrictions, or content removal arising from your use of the app or of third-party services.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation and, if that fails, by a competent court in Vietnam.
